We are delighted to offer free shipping to our UK customers. All orders are shipped from our warehouse by reliable couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We are committed to delivering our products across the United Kingdom. In rare cases, there may be locations we are unable to reach. If your location is one of these exceptions, we will contact you to find a solution.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

SOMA Recovery take care in ensuring that your order reaches you. However, we are not liable for any lost or missing packages if the incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate. If an error is made on our part, we will take full responsibility and reprocess your original order at no additional charge to you.

CUSTOMS

Since we exclusively ship within the UK, there are no additional customs fees for our customers.

We aim to deliver your order as swiftly as possible. Our estimated shipping times within the UK are:

TRACKING INFORMATION

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping is requested. This ensures that we can dispatch your items as efficiently as possible.
