Setting up the and taking down the inflatable ice bath is a quick and straightforward process, taking approximately 5 minutes. When setting up the Ice Barrel, simply inflate the inflatable ice bath using the included PRO pump.
For taking down the ice bath barrel, the cold water barrel features quick-release valves that allow for swift deflation, enabling you to pack it away easily. This design ensures a quick and effortless setup of your inflatable ice bath, whether at home, on the go, indoors, or outdoors.
The SOMA Recovery Pro® Ice Barrel is lined with an easy to clean, skin friendly PVC lining that can be wiped down with warm soapy water.
Keep your Barrel Ice Bath clean by covering it with the lid to prevent dirt from getting in. If you're not using it with a chiller that filters the water, we advise changing the water once every 7-10 days. After draining, simply wipe it down with soapy water to maintain its cleanliness and freshness, and avoid the use of any harsh chemicals.
